Question: what is your least favourite thing about your job?

I think one of my least favourite things is when I work hard on a problem but I don’t seem to get any closer to a solution. I try to keep in mind that even though I might not seem like I’m getting anywhere, even showing that something doesn’t work is still important! But it can certainly be a bit demotivating sometimes.
