• Question: What do you love the most about the Northern Lights?

      I think its how weird they look when you see them with your own eyes.
      A lot of the picture you see are long exposures, the camera took the picture for 30 seconds or more, and that’s why you can sometimes see red and blue in the pictures and really defined shapes. With you’re eyes you can only see this hazy green band. If you’re seeing them in person you can watch them move along the sky and change shape like its a living thing!
      Also if its cloudy when the Northern Lights show up they reflect off the clouds and turn the whole sky green! It looks really eerie like you’re in a horror movie or on another planet.
