It doesn’t have much affect on humans.

Dark matter adds mass to large structures like the galaxy and only affects things like the motion of the stars. So humans are too small to be affected by it.

Dark energy is like the opposite of gravity and expands the space between objects. It is causing the acceleration of the universe and will slowly increase the distance between galaxies. Eventually it will push the galaxies so far away we will not be able to see them and we will only be able to see the stars in our galaxy. However that will not happen for billions of years. It will not effect the few galaxies near us though as they are bound to us pretty strongly.
