• Question: Approximately how many veins are there in our body?

      Honestly I have no idea!
      All the vessels and veins in our bodies are connected so theoretically there is just one with lots of branches! I think there are thousands of little veins and capillaries. I’ve heard a fact that if you took them all out and laid them end to end they would be thousands of miles long. They are all very tightly coiled up around your body to make sure every cell you have gets oxygen so that is a lot of space to fill with little tubes!

      But I couldn’t give you a more exactly answer unfortunately as it’s not my area, I hope that helps a little though!.
