Question: how will the money benifit you? - if you dont mind me asking

That’s a great question! Whoever wins the money will put it towards some sort of science communication or outreach. Personally my idea is to fund visits to schools, so that me and other scientists I work with can talk to students face-to-face. Hopefully this would continue the good work done so far in “I’m a Scientist”, letting students know that we are real people, not some kind of alien species!
