Great question, and it’s one I’ve never really thought about before so thank you for asking it!

I don’t think that statement is true. Many people have different ways of thinking and different approaches to problem solving. So I think that if one person thinks a different way to others, it doesn’t mean they are not great! Having differences in the ways people think allow for new ideas to be thought of. If one person has a certain approach to solving a problem but are struggling to solve it, it massively helps for someone who approaches that problem differently to try and help. Looking at things from different perspectives offers new, creative and unique solutions 🙂
